Step 4 - Review

  • Referral to independent property manager and follow up to ensure swift tenancy
  • Referral to independent accountant to ensure all tax benefits are utilised
    3 months after settlement review of cashflow to ensure the structure is working for you
  • Annually review to discuss your changes in your personal situation, review growth of property and ensure tenancy retained
